This exercise is designed to help you improve your memory recall, especially when speaking Spanish. It will also help you feel more confident in your Spanish pronunciation and reduce your fear of making mistakes when talking to native Spanish speakers.

In this exercise, you'll record yourself translating the phrases from English to Spanish out loud and measure the time it takes to complete the exercise. The next time you do this exercise, try to beat your previous time.

It's important to remember that the goal is not to speak the Spanish phrases quickly. Speaking too fast can actually make the exercise less effective.

Instead, focus on improving your recall time for the information you've learned in the lesson. This will help you memorize the lesson content better and improve your ability to instantly recall the information.

To accomplish this active recall exercise, you'll need a device with audio recording software. This device can by any device of your choice, such as your mobile phone, a tablet, a laptop, or a PC.
